Day 1

There is a small entry fee to pay upon arrival.
  • Afternoon: Continue the drive to Bagamoyo. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and leave your luggage. In the afternoon, embark on a historical walking tour of Bagamoyo town. Learn about the town's role in the slave trade, its colonial architecture, and its vibrant culture. The walking tour typically lasts for 2-3 hours and can be arranged through your hotel or a local tour operator.
